Portuguese Dream Roll

I have a wonderful Olympus film camera from 2001 that I bought last year on eBay for $40. I love it because it is automatic and the pictures seem to come out with a feeling of nostalgia. The film roll that I developed after my trip to Portugal (Lagos, Lisbon, Porto) last year turned out beautiful. Not a single shot was spoiled, which often happens with film (but that is half the fun). The colours of these pictures make me smile.  I thought I’d share them with you as summer approaches and to get you in the mood for more sun. You can see my friends Hayley and Caitlin. Whenever I get the travel bug, I appreciate photographs like these that take me right back to the moment I clicked the shutter button.
